Come Together Iowa has many projects that we are interested in. Below are some.
- Inclusion Community Centers are planned for any community that we find is in need of supporting residents with food banks, clothing banks, medical and dental assistance, haircuts, temporary housing for homeless, emotional and mental counseling, suicide prevention, re-entry programs for inmates or military personnel in need of support, a social audit of every community, and a leadership study of people who make decisions for any city or community.
- Environmental projects. Iowa has one of the worst records of pollution going into our streams, rivers, and lakes in the USA. We can do better.
- We need to see a rewrite of the Iowa Legal Code into layman’s language as the present code can only be interpreted by attorneys.
- We want to support the development of micro farms in Iowa to see growth in our rural areas.
- We want to support the development of Inclusion Credit Unions across Iowa to support Iowan’s having real nonprofit financial resources, backed by real gold and the promise that their money will always remain their money.
- We support the International Peace Corporation and the Unogeo Peace Institute in the development of an urban wind mill electric generator that can produce electricity for every home at much lower costs then present day.
- We support the International Peace Corporation and the (IPICC) in the development of both Peace Villages and the Peace Highway, as well as the development of economic enterprise zones along major interstates and at our borders.
